The True Spirit of Christmas 

Last night on ER, there was a gathering where people were going through a sort of affirmation thing along the lines of we should be less [bad virtue] and be more [good virtue]. I wasn't paying attention until they got to one about immorality, at which point one character argued that immorality isn't really wrong since your own purity is only what you decide for yourself.

I found it interesting that while celebrating the birth of the greatest divine moralist, someone would try to celebrate it by spouting some amoral secular (read: atheistic) humanism.

"...And do all these things, for tomorrow we die."
